» September 2007. Model&Co launches construction of brand new factory with 2000 m2 of workshop and 600 m2 office building.

» February 2007. Model&Co Model&Co has developed an increased turnover, and the export share is 40% of sales revenues.

» October 2006. CMX grab on width 1000 mm, weighting 30 ton, achieve identical daily produccion rate to Hydromill, digging in gypsym rock at 35 m depth in M-30 Madrid project, the larget foundation job in Europe.

» June 2006. Model&Co takes order of 15 units of its latest grab type CMX, width of excavation 450 mm to 1000 mm, weighting 24 ton to 30 ton.

» March 2006. Model&Co launches its latest type CHS8 of hydraulic diaphragm wall grab, weighing from 9 ton to 10 ton . Using the same body it is possible to fit jaws of width from 450 mm to 1000 mm. The CHS8 grab is able to turn 360º around its central vertical axis and it is able to excavate tangent to existing walls.

» January 2006. Model&Co launches its latest type CMX of mechanical diaphragm wall grab, weighing from 18 ton to 28 ton . Using the same body it is possible to fit jaws of width from 450 mm to 1000 mm, as it was a tradition in other smaller models. The CMX grab is fitted with a special device to extract the grab from the bottom of the excavation, in case the opening jaws rope breaks off.

» January 2006. Model&Co finance R+D projects of application in several engineering fields in cooperation with the Universidad Politecnica de Madrid.

» January 2006. Model&Co is the unique manufacturer in the world that has developed hydraulic diaphragm wall rigs of very reduced dimensions to excavate diaphragm walls inside existing basement floor level with very reduced headroom of aprox 2.6 m to 3m height.
